Logging In

  • Both User Name and Password are cAsE-sEnSiTiVe.
  • Make sure that you are not using your browser's "Auto-fill" option, as it may have saved incorrect login information.

Browser Issues

  • PowerAdvocate functions in most web browsers however using browsers other than Internet Explorer versions 9, 10, 11 may cause certain functionality to work unexpectedly. Should you encounter problems, PowerAdvocate support may be unable to provide assistance until the issue has been replicated in a supported version of Internet Explorer.
  • Using the back button can cause issues; use the navigation links within the application.
  • Make sure your Internet Explorer settings are set to allow pop-ups from PowerAdvocate.

1. In Internet Explorer, click the Tools menu and choose Internet Options.

2. Click the Privacy tab.

3. In the Pop-up Blocker section, click Settings.

4. Type www.poweradvocate.com in the first field and click Add.

5. Click Close and then click OK.
